The 17th Ostend-Brugge Ten Miles is an organisation of ABAV vzw.
1€ PER ATHLET WILL BE GIVEN FOR A CHARITABLE WORK
Subscriptions :
Only in advance (until Sunday 28th February 2010)
- 13,50€ with rented chip
- 11,00€ groups
(group = min 10 athletes of an official club, subscribing in group via internet)

Secretariat, changingrooms, showers :
ANECA, Lieven Bauwensstraat , 8000 Brugge.
Collecting of the numbers :
- Saturday 6/3/2010: from 15:00-18:00 p.m. at the secretariat
- Sunday 7/03/2010: before the run, at the secretariat
Citybus De Lijn:
From railwaystation, via Het Zand (bus 23), to the secretariat, Aneca, Lieven Bauwenstraat, Brugge
Transport :
In case of subscription, free from secretariat to the start in Ostend, starting from 9:15.
The last bus leaves at 10:15 a.m.
Official measured distance:
16,095km - each km is indicated exactly
Parcours :
The fast and flat asphalted parcours runs from Ostend to Bruges, along the canal, through the Polders.
Start:
11 a.m. at Proviron-Ostend (Stationsstraat-Zandvoorde)
Drinks:
At km 8 and after the finish-line.

Detailled results will be sent free to all the participants
Obligation:
All the runners are obliged to wear their number on the full size and the ChampionChip
The organisation is not responsible for all damage, neither physical nor material, that can occur before,during or after the run.
